Title: DIY Soap Making Workshop at Urban Bazaar Gift Shop in San Francisco

Description: Join us for an evening of practical magic at Urban Bazaar – a socially conscious, woman-owned gift shop in the Sunset district – as we turn lye and vegetable oils into luscious and healthy soap, scented with essential oils. It’s that simple, 3-4 ingredients that you know how to pronounce, know where they came from, and know exactly what your putting on you and your loved ones bodies. We’ll cover safety, sourcing ingredients, and recipes to make simple hand soap, laundry detergent or shampoo bars. Together we’ll make a few batches of soap so you get the hang of it, and you can take home your own fresh made bar scented and garnished as you like!
Workshop fee: $30 + $5 materials fee
