We believe all living things have a right to clean air, fresh water, healthy food, comfortable shelter, and a nurturing community in which to thrive.

Our vision is to grow public spaces like schools, community gardens, and parks into empowering, enriching and educational neighborhood centers through community cooperation.

We promote and encourage the cooperative model by using consensus based processes for all ECOSF decisions. We want to show how making a connection with the earth through the ecology of a garden can bring about a culture change that makes our lives, and the lives of those around us, healthier and more sustainable.
